Join AMN Healthcare as a Travel Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (RN-ER) in Round Rock, TX. This role places you in a facility known for its high-quality patient care and nursing excellence. The facility is a 209-bed acute care hospital and operates as a Level II Trauma Center, providing 24/7 emergency services. Unit has 48 private rooms, 27 hallway stretchers, 9 Fast track, 5 behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
• Work 12-hour evening shifts as part of a 36-hour per week schedule
• Deliver high-quality patient care in a Level II Trauma Center environment
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for patient documentation

Requirements

• Valid RN license (Compact accepted; copy needed)
• Minimum 2 years of emergency room experience
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Certifications: TNCC, ENPC, Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI Blue Card must be obtained within 30 days of start if not yet certified)
• SSN and DOB required
• Work history should not have more than 90 days of gap in the last 1 year
