About the Role

AMN Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job at Tristar Northcrest Medical Center in Springfield, Tennessee. This 109-bed community hospital offers a full range of emergency and acute care services, including orthopedics, cardiology, and women's care. Springfield is about a 35-minute drive from Nashville.

Responsibilities

• Deliver emergency nursing care
• Triage patients
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team

Required Qualifications

• Current Tennessee or Compact RN license
• 2 years of recent emergency department nursing experience
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• PALS certification
• CERT-Crisis Prevention Intervention certification (CPI Blue Card must be obtained within 30 days of start if not yet certified)
• Work history should not have more than 90 days of gap in the last 1 year
• SSN and DOB required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Meditech

Schedule

• Duration: 13 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• 12-hour night shifts
• Start date: 09/28/2026

Pay

• Pay rate: $1665.00 - $1751.00 per week (based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, subject to confirmation; includes tax-free stipend amount to be determined)
