About the role
Cure Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a position in Syracuse, New York.
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency care to patients in the ED
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients according to medical protocols
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to develop and implement treatment plans
- Document patient encounters and treatments accurately
Requirements
- Current New York license
- AHA BLS and ACLS certification
- Additional certifications related to this specialty
- Primary residence must be at least 50 miles from the facility address
- 2 years of recent experience in ER ED
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- 36 hours per week, 12 hours per shift, nights
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of emergency department procedures and protocols
Benefits
- Tax-free stipend amount to be determined
- Based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week
Pay
- Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
