About the role
Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a 13-week contract starting August 25, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency care to a variety of patients
- Perform rapid assessments and initiate appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Manage a high acuity patient population
- Interpret EKGs and telemetry
- Administer medications and perform IVs
- Assist with patient transport and security
- Work in a 24/7 environment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department experience
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS required
- TNCC and ENPC preferred
- Strong IV skills and EKG/rhythm interpretation required
Qualifications
- Current licensure to practice as an RN in your state
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications (or be willing to obtain)
- Current TNCC and ENPC certifications (or be willing to obtain)
