Travel ER Registered Nurse - $2,140 per week

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for an Emergency Department assignment in Lansing, Michigan.

About the role

This 13-week travel assignment starts on August 18, 2026. The schedule is 12-hour night shifts with a total of 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities & Skills

• Arterial line management
• BiPAP/CPAP management
• Blood product administration
• Care of ventilated patient
• Central line care/management
• Continuous IV sedation
• CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident) care
• General Emergency Department-Combined Adult/Pediatric experience
• Gunshot wounds care
• Head injury care
• ICP monitoring
• Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs)
• Interpretation and Management of dysrhythmias
• Neuro-Trauma and Ortho trauma experience
• Pediatric Emergency Department experience
• Phlebotomy
• Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring
• Spinal cord injury care
• Starting and maintaining IVs
• Triage skills
• EPIC charting experience

Requirements

• Active Michigan RN license (compact license not accepted)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) by AHA
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
• NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Department
• Level I trauma experience required
• Travel experience required

Preferred Qualifications

• ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)
• CPI, MAB certifications
• Continuous IV sedation and Procedural Sedation Administration experience
• Triage experience
• First-time travelers accepted
