Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality emergency care
- Work night shifts with 12-hour shifts
- Potentially float between departments
- Must work every weekend
- May have overtime opportunities
- Manage emergency cases
- Ensure patient safety
- Support a busy ER environment in a rural setting that includes a skilled nursing facility, critical access hospital, and diagnostic services
Qualifications
- Valid Minnesota Nursing license or application
- Minimum of 2 years ER experience
- Certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS
- Experience with Meditech EMR
- Appropriate scrubs required
