Travel Nurse RN in the Emergency Department, providing patient care in a 16-bed unit with a patient ratio of 1:4.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality emergency care during 12-hour night shifts
- Manage a team of nurses, techs, and triage staff
- Utilize EMR systems
- Ensure patient safety and comfort
- Assess and treat emergency patients
- Collaborate with healthcare team
- Operate medical equipment
- Adhere to unit protocols
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid RN license
- Experience in emergency care
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork skills
