Travel Endovascular OR RN First Assistant - $3,157 per week

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN First Assist for an assignment in Saint Louis, Missouri.

About the Role

This 13-week travel assignment starts on July 1, 2026, with a schedule of 10-hour day shifts and a total of 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments.
• Monitors for breaks in aseptic technique and follows universal precautions and infection control guidelines.
• Circulates and/or scrubs procedures in the Endovascular OR/Endovascular Lab.
• Applies knowledge of anatomy, surgical interventions, wound healing, and microbial transmission in RNFA practice.

Requirements

• Current RN License (eligible for licensure in Missouri or currently licensed in Missouri).
• BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA only.
• 1 year of Endovascular OR RNFA experience (required).
• Endovascular OR experience.
• Understanding of tissue and structure appearance during dissection techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of wound healing, wound classification, and microorganisms of surgical importance.

Preferred Qualifications

• CNOR certification.
• Scrub experience.

• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)

Pay

Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems for eligible clinicians based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may differ and are subject to change during an assignment.
