About the role
The Endoscopy Nurse (Endo RN) assists doctors with endoscopic procedures, answering patient questions, addressing their concerns, observing patient vital signs, and administering the necessary patient medication.
Responsibilities
- Perform pre-procedure assessment, reviewing patient information, including H&P, medications, and allergies
- Prepare instruments, equipment, and supplies for endoscopic procedures
- Observe patient vital signs post-procedure, working with the healthcare team to monitor the recovery process
Schedule
The shift for this role is 4 days of 10 hours, on days.
