Travel Endoscopy RN - $1,789 per week

Location: Austin, TX | Duration: 13-week contract | Employment Type: Travel | Start Date: ASAP

The Endoscopy unit at St. David's Medical Center features 2 procedure rooms staffed by 2 RNs and 3 Techs. The patient ratio is 1:1 during procedures. Candidates must have experience in endoscopy procedures such as EGD, Colonoscopy, GI Bleeds, and ERCP. The unit uses Meditech as the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Schedule

• Day Shift: 06:30 AM – 03:00 PM
• Call required 1–2 days per week
• No weekends or weekend call

Responsibilities

• Assist with endoscopic procedures and provide direct patient care
• Monitor patients during procedures and discharge them post-procedure
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document care accurately through the Meditech EMR system

Requirements

• Endoscopy experience required (candidates without this experience will not be considered)
• Valid RN license
