Travel Emergency Room RN - $2,550 per week

Job Summary

Emergency Room (ER) nurse position available in Conroe, Texas. This role involves working in a bustling emergency department supporting a team of healthcare professionals, providing exceptional patient care, responding to urgent situations, and ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Schedule

• Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift
• Minimum 36 hours per week
• Start Date: 09/28/2026
• End Date: 11/09/2026 (6‑week assignment)

Required Qualifications

• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
• Active RN license
• 0 years of experience (entry‑level acceptable)
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with trauma care procedures
• Advanced patient monitoring skills
• Strong teamwork abilities

Unit Information

• Emergency Department with 30 physical beds and 8 hall beds
• Diverse staff shifts including day and night
• Equipment: IV pumps, monitors, ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, Meditech EMR system

Responsibilities

• Manage acute patient conditions
• Perform moderate sedation
• Conduct cardiac monitoring
• Draw blood and perform other emergency procedures

Dress Code

Scrubs in royal blue attire.

Additional Information

• No return‑to‑office (RTO) or special scheduling requests
• Must be available to start within 5–7 days from offer
• Weekend and on‑call duties approximately every other weekend
• Candidates without the specified skills will not be considered

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
