Travel Emergency Room RN - $2,400 per week

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Emergency Department in Mayville, North Dakota. The assignment starts 10/19/2026 and lasts 13 weeks, with 36 hours per week on 12‑hour shifts. The role involves providing active patient care in a 12‑bed inpatient unit that includes Med Surg and ER duties, handling inpatient, observation, swing‑bed, outpatient infusion/treatment, and emergency room patients in a hospital setting. Responsibilities

• Provide care for hospitalized patients (inpatient, observation, swing bed)
• Provide care for outpatients receiving infusions or treatments
• Manage emergency room patients
• Utilize computerized charting and barcode medication scanning via Epic

Requirements

• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Med Surg and/or ER (2‑3 years related experience preferred)
• Valid RN license
• Knowledge of Critical Access Hospital (CAH) experience required
• Ability to work both Med Surg and ER duties

Skills

• Proficiency with Epic computerized charting
