Job Summary

Emergency Room (ER) Nurse needed in Crescent City, California. The position involves providing advanced emergency care for diverse patient populations, including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. The role requires delivering timely, high-quality treatment in a fast-paced environment and supporting interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Valid California State Nursing License
• AHA or ARC certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC
• 5 years of experience in emergency nursing
• Experience with BiPAP/CPAP management, care of ventilated patients, central line care/management, and interpretation of arterial blood gases (ABGs) and dysrhythmias
• Proficiency in procedural sedation administration and triage unit operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with electronic charting systems
• Community hospital settings experience
• Trauma Level I or II experience

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
