About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Nurse to join our small rural critical access facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency environment while working nights.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and monitor patient conditions in the emergency room.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements

  • Active RN license in the state.
  • Previous experience in an emergency room or acute care setting is preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Pay & Schedule

This is a 13-week contract position. The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
