Emergency Room Nurse in Enid, Oklahoma. This position involves providing advanced emergency nursing care for a diverse patient population in a fast-paced environment. The role requires managing critical care skills such as medication titrations, arterial lines, mass transfusions of blood, and chest tubes. Candidates must be able to deliver safe, high-quality care while promoting a positive patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver care to patients with complex nursing needs to ensure safety and quality
- Manage a wide range of patient cases, including urgent care, psychiatric, pediatric, and critical care/trauma patients
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state/district
- Minimum of 3 years of ER experience
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
- BSN highly desired
- Cerner electronic health record experience
- Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM)
- Critical Care or Trauma Nursing certification
- Familiarity with the facility's SOPs
Schedule
- Night shift, 12 hours per shift
- 36 hours per week
