About the role
Emergency Room Nurse Night Shift located at a busy emergency department. This role involves providing critical care to a diverse patient population, delivering high-quality clinical services, collaborating with healthcare team members, and ensuring patient safety and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
- Night shift, 12 hours per shift
- Minimum of 36 hours per week
- Float rotation may be required
Responsibilities
- Perform clinical procedures such as IV start, blood draw, resuscitation, and EKG
- Provide critical care in a high-pressure environment
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient safety and comfort
Requirements
- Valid certifications: TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency room nursing
- Active nursing license in the state of practice
- Active, personable, and able to handle a fast-paced environment
