Travel Emergency Room RN - $1,899 per week
Junxion Med Staffing is looking for an ER RN to take an assignment in Kankakee, Illinois. This 12-week travel assignment starts on August 31, 2026, with the possibility to adjust the start date, shift, or pay based on availability.
About the Role
This is a travel nursing position in the Emergency Department (ED) with the following details:
- Duration: 12 weeks
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12-hour nights
- Employment Type: Travel
Responsibilities
As an Emergency Department RN, you will provide critical care to patients in a fast-paced environment. Specific duties will align with the facility’s trauma level and emergency care standards.
Requirements
Required Certifications and Experience
- Current and valid state RN License
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certificate
- Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certificate
- Current PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certificate and/or ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)
- Minimum of one year of experience as a staff nurse RN in an acute care hospital setting; ER setting preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation skills

Pay
Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems for eligible clinicians based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may differ and are subject to change during the assignment.
