Job Details
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting 08/03/2026
Required Qualifications
- Illinois license
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications
- 2 years experience in a large busy hospital emergency department with pediatric and psychiatric exposure
- Patient population includes newborns, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
Preferred Qualifications
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
- Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC)
- Emergency Critical Care Registered Nurse (ECRN) certification
Additional Information
- The role includes completing every other weekend shifts and a holiday rotation
- Permanent address must be outside of a 50-mile radius of the facility

Pay Package
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
