Job Details
Position Description: Emergency Room registered nurse responsible for managing a variety of acute medical emergencies, utilizing critical care skills, and ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Required Qualifications
- RN license
- ACLS, PALS or ENPC
- NIHSS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- General knowledge of Cerner electronic health record system
- Located at least 60 miles or more from the facility
- Able to work nights, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
Schedule
Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Additional Information
- Experience with strokes, STEMI, and trauma patients preferred
- Candidates should possess excellent patient experience skills, critical care thinking, stamina, and personality traits such as energy and knowledge to thrive in a busy emergency department environment
