Travel Emergency Dept RN - $2,143 per week

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for an Emergency Department travel assignment in Rochester, New Hampshire.

About the role

This is a 13-week travel assignment with one of our top healthcare clients. The position requires 36 hours per week with flexible 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients with various types of illness or trauma requiring emergency attention, including recognizing and treating life-threatening conditions.
• Assess, intervene, and stabilize a variety of trauma and illnesses with decisive action.
• Apply knowledge of general and specific health issues relevant to emergency care.
• Understand and apply triage principles to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Make quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients, including both physical and mental health conditions.

Requirements

• Active RN License.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications may be required.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting.
• Additional requirements as determined by the client facility.
