Travel Emergency Dept RN - $2,059 per week

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing diverse patient needs in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care in a Level II trauma center setting.
• Monitor and assess patient vitals, and administer medications as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to create and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation using Cerner.
• Participate in continuous education and training.
• Auxiliary with triage and care coordination within the Emergency Department.

Requirements

• 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in an emergency room setting.
• Current RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications required before hire.
• Experience in a high-volume Emergency Department, preferably with previous HCA experience.

Pay & Schedule

The Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
