• Shift: 12H Nights
• Total Weekly Hours: 36

Required Experience, Licensure, and Certifications

• Current RN License (eligibility for licensure in Missouri or currently licensed in Missouri)
• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS from AHA only; NIHSS, TNCC
• 2 years of ED/trauma experience
• Must have trauma experience

Preferred Certifications

• None specified

Desired Skills/Experience

• 2 years ED experience (inpatient only)

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk most of the time on duty
• Significant amount of bending and stooping, as well as lifting and turning patients with assistance
• Maintain professional accountability
• Coordinate patient care with other departments
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality
• Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care
• Function within the scope of nursing preparation and be consistent with the established guidelines of nursing practice, the Missouri Nurse Practice Act, and Mercy standards
