Travel Emergency Dept RN - $1,995 per week

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Emergency Department in Austin, Texas. Start date: October 5, 2026. Duration: 13 weeks, 36 hours per week. Shift: 12‑hour days (07:00 AM – 07:00 PM), rotating weekends, no on‑call requirements. Employment type: travel.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN for our Emergency Room. The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter, able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment, and a true team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
• Perform initial assessments and monitor patient vital signs.
• Support trauma assists, manage airway support, and provide behavioral health de‑escalation.
• Administer medications and manage central lines.
• Utilize equipment such as Alaris pumps and rapid infusers.

Requirements

• Current ACLS, BLS, ENPC, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications.
• Prior experience in trauma care and behavioral health preferred.
• Meditech experience is a plus.
• Inpatient experience highly desirable.
