Travel Emergency Dept RN - $1,694 per week

About the Role

ARMStaffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for night shifts in the Emergency Department at a Level IV trauma facility in Corsicana, Texas. This is a 13-week travel nursing contract requiring night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a patient load of 1:5. This role does not require call or block scheduling, providing a stable work environment for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a trauma unit
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patients for side effects
• Perform assessments and develop patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

• Active RN licensure
• BLS certification
• ACLS and PALS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required
• Must be at least 50 miles from the facility for this traveling position
• Experience in a Level IV trauma setting is preferred

Schedule

• 13-week contract duration
• 36 hours per week
• 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
