Required Certifications
- BLS
- ALS
- TNCC
- CPI or equivalent
- PALS or ENPC
Required Experience and Skills
- Compassion, sense of urgency, and teamwork skills
- Ability to rapidly identify Sepsis, STEMI, Stroke, and Trauma
- Skills in splinting, wound care, IV-starts, and medication administration
- Competency in assessments, re-assessments, documentation, and oversight of EMT-Ps
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Experience with airway management and ventilators
- Strong critical thinking skills
