Travel Emergency Dept RN - $1,559 per week

About the role

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Emergency Department in San Antonio, Texas. This is a 13‑week contract position starting ASAP, with 36 hours per week on 12‑hour day shifts (1100‑2300).

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency assessments and interventions on patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate medical records using Meditech EMR.
• Collaborate with staff and medical team to develop and implement care plans.
• Stay informed about the latest practices and protocols in emergency medicine.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of ER experience.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC, CPI certifications are mandatory.

Skills

• Experience with Meditech EMR preferred.
• FSED (Freestanding Emergency Department) experience is a plus.
