About the role
Emergency Department RN responsible for providing urgent care to patients with various illnesses or trauma requiring immediate attention.
Responsibilities
- Assess, stabilize, and treat patients
- Prioritize injuries using triage
- Make quick, accurate evaluations of physical and mental health conditions
- Recognize life-threatening conditions
- Perform decisive interventions
- Manage diverse medical emergencies efficiently
Requirements & Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Degree from an accredited nursing program
- At least 18 months of recent ER experience
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications may be required
