About the role

Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Department position in Honesdale, Pennsylvania. Start date: October 19, 2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Schedule: 36 hours per week, 12‑hour night shifts. This is a travel contract position with nationwide assignments.

Responsibilities

• Triage, assess, and treat patients in emergency situations
• Administer medications, start IVs, and assist with procedures
• Collaborate with emergency physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients and families during high‑stress events

Requirements

• Active RN license (Compact license preferred)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS and TNCC preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent Emergency Room experience
• Strong critical thinking, rapid decision‑making, and multitasking skills
• Ability to stay calm and confident under pressure

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
