Travel Emergency Department RN - $1,947 per week

About the role

The Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment, addressing a wide range of medical emergencies and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction throughout their visit.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including assessing patient needs and implementing appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
• Assist in triaging patients and managing the flow within the Emergency Department.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety and quality standards.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-discharge care.

Requirements

• Must have 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse with at least 1 year in an Emergency Room setting.
• Current RN license in North Carolina.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI certifications required prior to starting date.
• Experience in a Level II trauma center and a high-volume ED preferred.

Pay

The Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
