- Perform thorough assessments & communicate findings effectively
- Proficient in administering medications & monitoring side effects
- Knowledge of safety standards, infection control & quality improvement initiatives
- Leadership in anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care
- Provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care
