About the Role
Location: North Chesterfield, Virginia. Specialty: ED – Emergency Department. Discipline: RN. Duration: 13 weeks. Employment Type: Travel. Schedule: 36 hours per week, 12‑hour day shifts.
Unit Details: 24 beds with 5 fast‑track beds. Day Shift – 1 charge nurse, 4–9 nurses depending on time of day; techs and paramedics utilized. Night Shift – 1 charge nurse, 9–4 nurses depending on time of day and arrival pattern; techs and paramedics utilized. Patient Ratio: 4:1. EMR: Meditech.
Schedule
- All shifts are variable.
- Days: 7 a.m., 9 a.m., or 11 a.m. start.
- Evenings: 11 a.m., 1 p.m., or 3 p.m. start.
- Nights: 7 p.m. start.
Requirements
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
Candidates without these certifications will not be considered.
