Travel Emergency Department RN - $1,760 per week

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment in Rutherfordton, North Carolina.

About the Role

This travel nursing position requires 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts. The role is ideal for a Registered Nurse with recent acute care Emergency Room experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients with various illnesses or trauma requiring emergency attention.
• Recognize and effectively treat life-threatening conditions with decisive action.
• Assess, intervene, and stabilize a variety of trauma and illnesses.
• Understand triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Make quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients, including physical and mental health conditions.
• Be knowledgeable about both general and specific health issues relevant to emergency care.

Requirements

• Active RN License.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications may be required.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting.
• Additional requirements as determined by the client facility.
