Travel Emergency Department RN - $1,701 per week

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for our Emergency Department. The role involves providing high-quality care to patients within a fast-paced environment. The unit has 19 beds plus a 4-bed psychiatric pod, with a patient ratio of 4:1.

Schedule

7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week. This is a 13-week contract position starting 09/28/2026.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Monitor patient vitals and coordinate care with the healthcare team.
• Utilize advanced medical equipment such as Hillrom and Stryker devices.
• Document patient care activities in the Meditech system.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of TN.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, and CPI certifications are mandatory.
• Strong skills in sepsis and stroke care.
• Experience in emergency care is preferred.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Contract and local rates may vary based on location and applicant residency.
