About the role
The Clinical Nurse, WakeMed Travel Staffing, provides comprehensive nursing care to patients and their families. This includes implementing a care plan based on the patient's needs as assessed through physical, psychological, socioeconomic, and medical factors.
Responsibilities
- Implement a care plan based on patient needs
- Support the mission, values, and management of patient care services
- Understand and support the PFCC model, focusing on dignity and respect, information sharing, participation, and collaboration
- Communicate and share complete and unbiased information with patients and families
- Collaborate with patients and families in the delivery of care
Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse
- Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- One year of nursing experience required
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices and standards
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
