Description
American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer (Echo) for a busy inpatient echocardiography lab, requiring 5+ years of echocardiography experience and 2+ years in a Trauma 1 acute inpatient setting.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of echocardiography experience
- At least 2+ years of acute inpatient echo experience in a Trauma 1 level facility
- Licenses required if applicable
- Proficiency in TTEs, stress echocardiograms, and TEEs, with appropriate use of 3D echo and strain imaging
- In-depth knowledge of complex cardiac anatomy and pathology
- Expertise in optimizing image quality through scanning technique, equipment settings, and ultrasound contrast agents
- Ability to manage high-volume workflows in a critical care environment while maintaining diagnostic quality
- Strong patient care, communication, and time management skills
- Driver's License required for consideration
- Two professional references required

Pay
Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
