About the role
The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Rehabilitation Therapist Director for a position in Glendive, Montana.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the rehabilitation therapy program at the SNF
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide direct patient care as needed
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Rehabilitation Therapist in the state of Montana
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a SNF setting
- Experience in leadership and supervision of a therapy department
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
