Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing operations and staff management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies
- Develop and implement nursing strategies to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in a leadership role
- Experience in managing nursing staff and operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
