NEVER ENDING TRAVELS is seeking a Travel Data Coordinator to ensure decision-ready analysis is dependable across personalized cruises, resorts, Caribbean and Hawaii trips, romantic travel, family vacations, and groups. The role focuses on travel data coordination within resort travel support, ensuring confirmed facts are separated from assumptions and unresolved questions.

Responsibilities

• Use the Travel Data Coordinator Workflow and Reporting confidently to carry out travel data coordination within resort travel support.
• Apply Resort Travel Support practices without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines tied to travel data coordination.
• Document research decisions clearly so another teammate can follow the reasoning behind travel data coordination.
• Use sound judgment in stakeholder communication, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.
• Maintain the Travel Data Coordinator workflow by validating source data before analysis.
• Track the workflow by building reports around clearly defined metrics.
• Own the workflow by investigating anomalies instead of masking them.
• Coordinate the workflow by documenting calculations and assumptions.
• Review the workflow by translating findings into practical next actions.
• Ensure decision-ready analysis is accurate, secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$62,000 per year.

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States. Associate level.
