• 24-bed Pediatric Cardiac ICU
• Patient ratios: 1:1–1:2
• Guaranteed hours
• Rotating day/night shifts based on unit needs
• 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
• No RTO during the first 2 weeks of orientation
• Floating to lower-acuity units within scope

Requirements

• WA RN license, WA temporary license, or Compact RN license by start date
• BLSPALS
• Minimum 2 years of Pediatric Cardiac Surgery/CVPICU experience
• Previous travel experience preferred
• Children's hospital experience preferred
• 2–5 years of Cardiac ICU experience
• Previous travel experience
• Strong pediatric cardiac critical care background
• Pediatric medication dosing
• Patient Population: Birth through 21 years, Congenital heart disease, Heart failure, Heart transplant, Single ventricle palliation, High-acuity cardiac ICU patients
