About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN for a CVPICU position in Portland, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients requiring central venous catheterization and intensive care unit (CVPICU) services.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans accordingly.
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatments.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Experience in CVPICU preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and pediatric advanced life support (PALS) certifications.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- At least one year of relevant clinical experience.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in critical care procedures.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
Schedule
Shifts are 12 hours, nights, with a start date of August 11, 2026, and a duration of 13 weeks.
