The ideal candidate will have a robust background in cardiovascular operating room procedures and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Job Responsibilities Provide patient care in the cardiovascular operating room. Utilize advanced medical equipment and technologies. Collaborate with surgical team members to enhance patient outcomes. Assist during various surgical procedures, including CABG and valve replacements. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and guidelines. Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in cardiovascular operating room settings. Previous experience in main operating room preferred. Must be flexible and a team player. Ability to adapt to various procedures and environments. Experience with EMR systems, particularly Meditech, is advantageous. Unit Information Our unit consists of: 12 surgical suites with 2 dedicated CVORs. A dedicated staff of RNs and Surgical Technologists. A patient-to-staff ratio of 1:1.
