About the role
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions CHS is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a 13-week assignment at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Circulate complex cardiovascular and thoracic cases including CABG, AVR, MVR, Ascending Aortic Aneurysms, Aortic Root Replacements, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repairs, Femoral-Popliteal Bypass, Carotid Endarterectomy, AV fistula, Impella placement, Ventricular Assist Devices, ECMO cases, Thoracotomy, Robotic thoracotomy.
- Able to perform cardiac, thoracic, and vascular cases.
- Work 36 hours per week on a 12-hour shift, days.
- No option for block schedule.
- Every 5th weekday and every 5th weekend call requirements.
- Patient ratio: 1:1.
- Number of beds in unit: 4 OR Suites.
- Scrubs provided by hospital.
- EMR: Cerner.
Requirements
- IN state license.
- BLS certification.
- 2-4 years of experience in CV.

- CVOR Certification required.
