Travel CVOR RN - $3,187 per week

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a CVOR RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Fort Wayne, Indiana, starting on August 24, 2026.

About the Role

This position is a travel nursing assignment lasting 13 weeks, with the possibility of extension or other opportunities in the same market. The role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with 10-hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Circulate complex cardiovascular and thoracic cases, including but not limited to:
  • CABG (Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting)
  • AVR (Aortic Valve Replacement) and MVR (Mitral Valve Replacement)
  • Ascending Aortic Aneurysms and Aortic Root Replacements
  • Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repairs
  • Femoral-Popliteal Bypass
  • Carotid Endarterectomy
  • AV fistula procedures
  • Impella placement and management
  • Ventricular Assist Devices (VADs)
  • ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation) cases
  • Thoracotomy and Robotic thoracotomy

Requirements

• Active Indiana state RN license
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• 1-2 years of experience in CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room)
• Ability to travel; must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (local candidates not accepted)
• Required documentation:
  • Driver’s license and permanent home address (must match ID)
  • All certifications and licenses must be attached at submission

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with robotic-assisted surgeries
• Familiarity with trauma-level care (facility is Level 2 Trauma)
