About the role
Meda Health is looking for a CVOR RN to work a travel assignment in an acute care hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative nursing care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) environment.
- Assist with surgical procedures involving the heart, lungs, and major blood vessels.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- Monitor and manage patient care during intraoperative and immediate postoperative phases.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of recent CVOR RN experience.
- Current, unencumbered state RN licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Schedule
- Shift: 10-hour day shifts (07:00–17:00).
- Hours per week: 40.
- Duration: 13 weeks.
- Employment type: Travel.
Travel Eligibility
Applicants must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel stipend and travel-related benefits.
