About the role
Access Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a 13-week assignment at Saint Michael's Medical Center in Newark, NJ. This position requires 36 hours per week, 12-hour day shifts, and includes on-call expectations: a minimum of one weekend per month, 24-hour on-call availability, and 1–2 night call shifts (8 hours each).
Responsibilities
- Circulate on cardiac open-heart cases, including:
- Coronary Bypass Graft Surgery (CABG)
- Heart valve procedures (MVR, AVR)
- Handle general OR and vascular cases
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Minimum of two years’ experience in CVOR
- Proficiency in Epic EMR
- Experience with cardiac open-heart cases
