About the role
The Circulating RN will provide critical support in the Operating Room specializing in thoracic and vascular procedures, including heart and valve replacements. This role requires strong clinical skills in cardiac surgery procedures while collaborating with a dedicated surgical team.
Responsibilities
- Circulate in various surgical procedures, including thoracic, vascular, orthopedic, neurosurgery, robotics, and trauma cases.
- Maintain a safe and sterile environment in the operating room.
- Prepare and position patients for surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Assist with the turnover of operating rooms and ensure equipment availability.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Current certifications in BLS.
- Experience in thoracic and vascular surgical procedures, including heart and valve replacements.
- Strong skills in general OR circulation knowledge.

Pay
The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
The shift is from 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.
