About the role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) team. The ideal candidate will have a background in open heart and vascular surgery, with the capability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the cardiovascular operating room.
- Aid in the performance of surgeries including CABG, Valve Replacement, and other vascular procedures.
- Maintain patient vitals and adhere to safety standards during procedures.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Handle and maintain medical equipment necessary for surgeries.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Preferred: Open heart and/or vascular surgery experience.
