Travel CVOR Open Heart Registered Nurse - $2,230 per week

Operating Room (OR) and Open Heart Specialty Nurse in Portland, OR. This travel assignment involves responding to cardiac emergencies, working as a scrub and circulator, with float capabilities between units based on skill. Responsibilities

• Respond to cardiac emergencies
• Perform scrub and circulator duties
• Conduct intra-operative patient monitoring
• Handle advanced cardiovascular procedures
• Float between units and locations as needed, including facilities in Portland and surrounding areas
• Work one weekend per month
• Work three of the five major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day)

Requirements

• Valid state license with a compact license accepted
• Vehicle required for the assignment
• Responses to prior employment at a Providence facility
• References covering one year during the last three years
• Travel compliance documentation (SSN, DOB, RTO) within seven days of offer

Qualifications

• BLS required
• No minimum years of experience required
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Prior scrub experience required
• Experience in cardiac surgery preferred

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts, days
• Minimum 36 hours per week
• Start date: 09/28/2026
• End date: 12/21/2026
