Travel CVICU RN

About the role

Provide critical care to ICU patients, including monitoring, operating life-support equipment, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess and respond to patient condition changes
• Administer complex medications and treatments
• Manage advanced life support devices
• Document patient data and interventions
• Perform advanced hemodynamic monitoring
• Educate patients and families about treatments and recovery
• Maintain infection control and quality improvement standards
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Requirements

• One year of recent CVICU RN experience
• Valid RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to move equipment and assist patients
• Proficiency in clinical procedures, documentation, and technology
• Ability to work under pressure and handle irregular schedules
