Travel CVICU RN - $1,941 per week

About the Role

ARMStaffing is seeking an experienced travel nurse RN for a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) position in Hickory, North Carolina. This is a 13-week contract assignment with day shifts.

Schedule

• 13-week duration
• 36 hours per week
• 12-hour shifts, 06:45 AM – 07:15 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a critical care setting
• Monitor and manage patient conditions using advanced medical equipment
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and health management
• Handle complex cardiovascular cases, providing care for patients undergoing procedures such as CABG, TAVR, and STEMI treatment

Requirements

• Minimum of 1.5 years of CVICU experience preferred
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• CCRN certification preferred
• Associate Nursing Degree or higher required
